All technical support enquiries made from 18/02/19 will be evaluated and registered in accordance with our Assurance Philosophy, customers without assurance will receive a response within 3 business days.
Our updated non-assurance technical support rates are:
Remote Service: $120.00hr / Minimum $60
Local Service: $175.00hr
Travel time: $110.00hr
